Four Seasons Hotel London At Tower Bridge

The service was perfect, always attentive and friendly. The hotel itself exudes elegance and charm, with fine decor that creates a calming atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with the smoothest sheets that provided a blissful night's sleep. The spa was a wonderful addition, offering a tranquil retreat from the bustling city outside. The location, while not in the center, is close to iconic landmarks such as the Tower of London and the Shard. I highly recommend this hotel for a really good experience.

Amazing entrance and pleasant scents as you enter. Excellent staff throughout the stay. Delicious food at the Rotunda and enjoyable piano music. Spacious executive rooms with the best beds and pillows. Becoming a loyal customer.

Located in the center of London, this hotel is in a prime location for exploring the city. It is within easy walking distance of popular sights and restaurants, as well as being opposite the Tower of London. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with excellent bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, with little touches such as personalized messages and special treats for guests. The hotel also offers a gorgeous spa and beautiful Christmas decorations.

Some guests were disappointed to find out that the pool was being refurbished during their stay.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in London for a weekend getaway. The room was absolutely stunning and exuded elegance. Despite the pool and spa being fully booked, it didn't diminish my experience. The hotel's entrance and luxurious ambiance were truly captivating. The Rotunda restaurant offered incredible food, and the live piano music added a touch of excellence. The spacious executive room provided the best bed and pillows I've ever experienced, making for a truly restful stay. I am now a loyal customer of the hotel.

We were thrilled to see everything coming together at the hotel, from the fine building to the really good staff. The hotel facilities were great, offering a delicious breakfast and a fabulous dining experience. The location was perfect, being close to the river, the Tower of London, and the Shard. Located in an exceptional spot, just in front of the famous historical landmark, this newly opened hotel offers a luxurious and comfortable stay. The rooms are elegant and not worn out, providing a fresh atmosphere for guests. The staff is professional and always ready to assist with any requests. Moreover, the hotel offers a fantastic dining experience at La Dame de Pic. With its central location, it is perfect for both business activities and sightseeing.

Some areas of the hotel seem to lack proper training, leading to small mishaps and inconveniences.

This hotel is a luxurious and grand place to stay. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and beauty treatments were exceptional and fulfilled all my needs. the restaurant and bar had excellent menus and the private facilities made it feel exclusive. the location advantages were great as it was very central and close to all major attractions.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the room. Although grand and spacious, the shower head had multiple leaks and the marble on the wall was fractured in several locations.

Fine room, excellent service, beautiful spa, ideal location for work.
